1. Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83)

What is the right of withdrawal?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must 1. notify us by email (see contact address) that you wish to withdraw from the contract and 2. return the goods undamaged to the sender within 14 days of notification of withdrawal (please check the website: return addresses depend on the product).

Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered: unworn and unused.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments made, except for delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your written notice of cancellation. However, the refund will be subject to receipt of the goods or proof of return.

2. Consumer rights in the event of damage and problems

If a product is damaged, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. This is done on the basis of the legal warranty (Directive 2019/771).
